My Passionate Pursuit

 

Joie de vivre is a beautiful French phrase that sums up my philosophy of how we are intended to live out our

days: with reckless joy! Enjoyment of food, of space, of heart, mind, body and soul; an exultation of spirit.  

 

In 2007, this passionate pursuit was the ember that launched my first blog encouraging others to live in a state of abundance. What began as weekly posts to a few girlfriends evolved to a worldwide audience—including few hundred guys!  As my readership grew I was invited by Tyndale Publishers to turn my original posts into the book, The One Year Book of Inspiration for Girlfriends.  

 

Two books later and a wee bit older, I'm now working on my fourth book with the goal of offering readers a glimpse into my thoughts and experiences on living an extraordinary ordinary life.  As you explore the blog my prayer is that a light will be kindled within you so that you, too, might find joie de vivre in every corner of your world.
